What is the process of our Preliminary Consultation?

1.   We will first provide you with an Initial Consultation Agreement to be signed by you, analyze your immigration status if you are present in Canada, if overseas we will analyze your eligibility to any of the present immigration programs available, and carefully examine all documents submitted by you about your case.

2. We are committed to providing you with direct and truthful responses to your inquiries while assisting you in formulating a tailored strategy to effectively meet your immigration goals." 

3. We will provide you with a fair and reasonable written estimate outlining our professional fees and terms of service, an estimate of expected disbursements, and any government fees that apply. 

4. This consultation is offered without any obligation on your part. During the consultation, we will provide you with candid responses to your legal inquiries and explore potential solutions in a timely manner.  

5. Should you decide to engage our services following the consultation, additional fees will apply, and a retainer agreement will need to be signed.
